Fixtured slat conveyors:
Used in assembly operations for moving part from station to station. Special fixtures can be attached to the slats to orient the part for each station.
Gantries:
Used in automated manipulation of heavy parts to provide ergonomic options to assembly personnel. Each gantry is custom designed, with unique pick-up heads for the particular part and task it is to perform. Protection of the personnel and the parts are paramount to the design process.
Powered and gravity delivery systems:
Used in assembly line operations to load, deliver and unload just in time parts from parts stores to the assembly line. Also takes away empty parts containers from the assembly line back to the stores to be refilled. Systems use gravity, pneumatics, or electric motors and actuators as the motive force. Controls, where used, can be PLC or pneumatic logic based.
